Six required questions, the rest optional. They are what a person deciding whether to trust you with a week looks at.

Category, year, miles. Without them the ad gets read but not answered. Have a skipper.id profile — paste the link: the documents sit in one place. The service does not check them — the school or authority that issued yours is the one that vouches for it, and the originals are seen at handover, as always.
The role depends on the passage, not on you: "as skipper on easy routes or as crew on hard ones" is one live ad, and both halves are true. Tick everything that applies.
Tick everything: deliveries and training have different clients, and they look in different places.
Name the actual free weeks — they get matched against the boat dates. "Any time" cannot be matched against anything.
Your area, and separately — whether you would travel to another.
A rate in the ad cuts out empty conversations. "Negotiable" is allowed too, but it gets answered less often.
With no sum, people write "so how much?" instead of "I am in". In the live feed the price is named in 11 posts out of 37, and the ones without it collect up to 97 comments asking the same question. We ask for a number so those 97 are not yours.
Russian, English, Turkish — whatever you have. It is the client's first question after the miles.

We take no money and are not part of the deal. We show your ad to the people who can answer it, and pass their answer to you. The rest you agree between yourselves.
The ad stands until the last day of its own dates and then disappears on its own — post it half a year ahead if you like. We clear the board with a job, not with a promise: no dead ads here.
